Mexican Lasagna

Found this recipe on YOUR COUPON BUDDY.COM This is a great site to use for deals and recipes! This took me like 5 minutes to put together, literally! I can cream mushroom soup 1 cup corn (drained) 1.5 lbs ground chuck or turkey 1 can any kind beans(pinto,black etc. 1 cup(i use can) of diced tomatos cheese(however much you want) about 10 corn tortillas Brown meat. Mix with all ingredients including 1/2 of cheese. Cut tortillas in 3 sections. Put layer of tortillas in casserole dish. Layer meat mixture and other tortillas. Top with remaining cheese and cook for 30min. @ 375'. Top with salsa and/or sour cream. You can also add black olives to this dish.

Ok girls...we ALL talk about it. We ALL facebook about it...now..lets share ideas! I LOVE to coupon. I am fairly new at it and dont know everything..or much for that matter. I need help, tips etc. Im sure we ALL do. I am ALWAYS looking for new recipes to try out on my unsuspecting family! So..lets have it. I invited many of you to be a "blog author".
